	Our Process
We work diligently to ensure the programs we deliver are met with great enthusiasm and success. Over the years we have refined this process into a perfect model.

	Learn
	This first step involves learning about your organization. We will learn about your corporate culture, the types of financial education initiatives you have implemented in the past, the existing environment for this program, and information about your employees.

	Identify
	Next, we will identify the key issues that need to be addressed. These include any proactive or reactive concerns.

	Recommend
	Our recommendation may include a single service or a complete program that effectively harmonizes a variety of our services. We will only recommend the services we believe you need to meet your goals.

	Implement
	Once a program is decided upon we move into the implementation phase. This includes a complete customized communication strategy that is tailored to your organization. Our communication support includes user brochures, posters, eMail templates, invitations, and interactive online demos. All material is developed in house and can be branded to meet your needs.

	Monitor
	Throughout the entire implementation phase we will monitor feedback to see how effective the program really is. We will then use this feedback to give you a detailed written report which will be used for any fine tuning needed.
